Who produces the forums?
All Circle forums are owned and produced by GBX Circle Ltd.
GBX Events Ltd is a separate company authorised to sell delegate passes on behalf of GBX Circle.
How do I register?
Delegate passes can be purchased at gbxcircle.com or by contacting events@gbxcircle.com.
Registration is complete upon receipt of payment and confirmation email.
What is included in a delegate pass?
A standard delegate pass includes:
Access to all sessions on the event date(s)
Conference materials
Refreshments and networking breaks
Lunch (where specified)
Specific inclusions are listed on each forum's registration page.
How do I pay?
Payment is accepted by:
Credit or debit card (online)
Bank transfer (invoice on request)
Payment is required at the time of registration unless otherwise agreed.
Invoiced registrations must be settled within 14 days or prior to the event, whichever is sooner.
Will I receive a VAT invoice?
Yes. VAT invoices are issued for all registrations.

Can I get a refund?
All delegate registration sales are final.
Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of GBX Events. Requests must be submitted in writing to events@gbxcircle.com at least 30 days prior to the event.
Can I transfer my registration to a colleague?
Yes. Substitutions are permitted at no additional cost.
Notify us in writing at events@gbxcircle.com at least 7 days prior to the event with:
Original delegate name
Replacement delegate name, job title, company and email
What happens if the event is cancelled?
If a forum is cancelled by GBX Circle, registered delegates will receive a full refund or credit toward a future Circle forum.
What happens if the event is postponed?
Registrations will automatically transfer to the revised date.
Delegates unable to attend the revised date may request a refund within 14 days of the postponement announcement.
What if I have an outstanding balance?
GBX Events reserves the right to withhold access to delegates with outstanding balances.
Please ensure payment is received prior to the event.
